If you need to adjust an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be limited after the weekly cutoff as prep planning begins.
Yes. Bailey & Co. is delivery-only at this time. Delivery is available in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas.
No problem. Our delivery cooler can be left outside until you arrive home.
We do our best to accommodate special timing requests when possible. If you need a special arrangement, please contact us in advance.
Yes, when possible. If you have a unique situation (gate codes, workplace drop-offs, limited access areas, etc.), include your instructions and contact us if anything requires confirmation.
Cancellations or pauses must be requested by Friday at 5 PM. After that time, ingredients and prep planning may already be in progress.
Refunds are not available for meals that have already been prepped or delivered. If there is an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll work quickly to make it right.
In some cases, yes. Special requests may require additional notice and may include an added cost depending on the request.
