Bailey & Co. started in my kitchen as a small side catering project—no niche, no long-term plan, just good food made with care for people who needed it. What I didn’t realize at the time was that I was laying the foundation for something much bigger.
Over time, Bailey & Co. grew into a meal prep business rooted in Southern comfort, balance, and real-life wellness. Every meal is crafted with intention—flavor-forward, nourishing, and designed to fit into everyday routines without feeling restrictive.

Hi, I’m Monique—the heart, hands, and flavor behind Bailey & Co.
I’m a mom, a chef, and a creator who decided to take my health into my own hands and build something that would outlive every season of life. My wellness journey began with a diagnosis that forced me to slow down, listen, and get serious about myself. What came out of that season was purpose, passion, and a deeper connection to food.
I’m passionate about transforming comfort meals into balanced, feel-good plates that still taste like home. I believe you can have flavor and discipline, routine and enjoyment, macros and comfort. Balance isn’t a burden—it’s a lifestyle.
